For salsa. In a large bowl take onions, tomatoes and mix well. With the help of spatula press the tomatoes to get the juices out. Add salt, chilli powder Coriander, lemon juice and mix well. Keep in refrigerator untill used.
Assembling. Take a transparent glass. Make a large layer of rice. Upon that make a medium size layer of refried beans. On it make a layer of sour cream and at last a layer of uncooked salsa. Add some crushed Nacho chips and grated cheese. Decorated with some coriander.
