    1. Rinse beans and hominy. Place into crock pot. Turn heat to high.
    2. Add the water.
    3. Add the Chili Seasoning.
    4. Using a hot pan. Cook the beef. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Add beef to crock pot. Cook for at least four hours.
    6. This is the Chili after cooking overnight. I had to add 1 1/2 cups water.
    7. Garnish with cilantro, masa chips, and a little sour cream.
