Take a blender jar add digestive biscuits to it and blend it until you get crumbs out of it, than add almond flour and melted butter and mix it well with the help of spoon or spatula, take a tart mould ot ring mould place it on the plate and add crumble mixture to it in a form of layer and freez it for 30 min
    2. Let the crumbs set in the freezer meanwhile prepare creamcheese and mulberry jam, chop the mulberries and switch on the stove place a saucepan and add half cup of sugar and chopped mulberries to it and keep stirring it until all the mulberries turn out into a jam it will take roughly 10 to 12 mins, set it aside till it cools completely.
    3. Take another bowl add 1 cup of creamcheese to it and beat it well using hand whisk or electric beater for couple of minutes and add sugar to it and beat it well until well combined, and add 1 tsp of vailla extract to it and mix it,
    4. Divide the creamcheese mixture equally in 2 bowls anrand add mulberry jam in one bolw and mix it well,
    5. Take out the layer of biscuit crumb layer and add plain vanilla cream cheese as a second layer and let it set in the freezer for 10 to 20mins and tha add mulberry creamcheese mixture as a third layer and freeze it for couple of hours until it sets completely, remove the mould or ring carefully and decorate it with some pomegranate seeds, mulberries and mint leaves.
