Soak daal in water. You can use dal after boiling or soak daal for four hours and use
Soak granules /chunks in boiling water sith salt fof some time. Squeeze extra water and use
Makhana… Dry roast, powder it and use fof binding the kebabs
Keep one teaspoon soaked chana daal aside
Put everything except oil in mixie and make a not very fine dough
Take out the batter in a bowl, mix soaked chana dal and bring the paste to binding texture
Heat a non stick pan. Make small kebabs with hands. Place these on heated tawa and let it brown on both sides and serve with chutney of your choice
