    1. Soak your chicken in the buttermilk and add 1 teaspoon salt.
    2. Cover it with cling film and leave for 1 hour.
    3. Take out the wings and place them into a separate bowl, trying to get it as dry as possible.
    4. Add your chilli powder, chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander powder, salt and pepper.
    5. Rub it into the chicken until it turns orangey-red.
    6. Cover with cling film and let it marinate for one hour.
    7. Make a mixture of 2 parts flour and 1 part breadcrumbs and add 1 tablespoon salt.
    8. Bread the marinated chicken.
    9. Fry the chicken until it’s golden brown.
    10. Leave to cool and serve!
